The bright royal blue bodice is made with shiny satin, and features a white undershirt with laced patter, V neck, and short white sleeves with blue ribbons. Hooks and eyes closure.

The Romantic tutu skirt has been hand dyed in gradient tones of blue, fading to white. The top layer is made with hand dyed chiffon. Decorative white and blue apron and blue satin ribbons on the edge of the skirt.
