The little black dress is here to stay. What an amazing dress with puffy layered short sleeves. The dress hangs off the shoulder. The front has amazing details with a large faux pin. The bottom of the dress is almost like a ruched pencil skirt. This dress is in excellent condition with no noted flaws. Fully lined and small slit in the back.
